Anyone that has ever played golf knows the relationship with the game and how it is a a beautiful game that gives you tough love. Sometimes you cannot get enough of it, and sometimes you never want to ever play again. In the end, if you truly love it, you never leave it. That is how Shane feels. He has always been addicted and it has never really left his life, even if it seemed that way at times.

 

Shane started playing the game as a kid, and at first he really didn't like it. But once he got to high school, the love of the game bit him hard, and the addiction and the real relationship started. As he entered college, he could not get enough, and wanted nothing more than to make it his career. Things changed, he moved away from the game, and as the decades came and went, so did his golf game. ​

After a career in a totally different world for many years, Shane finally realized he is never truly happy unless he is playing golf and it is part of his life. He has now decided to "reinvent" himself and truly make golf who he is and what he does, so enter Shane Bailey Golf LLC. This is not just a journey for Shane to become a scratch golfer (or better) and document it on You Tube (check out The Road To Scratch) but also to make this his new career.
